The Roses: The Most Popular Flowers
The rose is a shrub mainly characterized by its flowers, called roses and thorns covering its stem, family Rosaceae. The rose is considered by many as the queen of the garden and the rose bush is blooming most frequently used in the decoration of it reaching even the concept of a rose garden, a roof garden of roses only.
The variety in the colors of the roses is huge and is that because this flower so prized for its beauty and aroma, has been the subject of many hybrids that have led to today there are about 30,000 species, but the more traditional even have an associated meaning, are a symbol of love red, white symbol of purity, roses represent appreciation, the yellow express joy, but the more superstitious can see some double meaning, most evoke positive feelings, but there are also black and gray roses represent death and sadness respectively.
