Planting Herbs Part 1
• Many aromatic and flavor comes from the Mediterranean (hyssop, Lavender, Lemon balm, oregano, Salvia, Santolina, Thyme ,…) and need two basic things:
- Many of the sun.
- Soil with good drainage (not to puddle water).
• Herbs, as well as in the pot, you can plant them in the parterres regular geometric (photo) or a state park, in bed more informal.
Medicinal Plants
Mint or Spearmint
Mint is they who have curative properties in some of its parts (leaves, flowers, seeds, roots, etc.). And serves to calm, control or even cure disease. There are thousands of species that can be considered as a drug, both the trees, shrubs and grasses. Some people say, that all the properties of medicinal plants for some reason or another. They are used as teas, poultices, etc..
Some species can be derived from the 3 groups at once (eg mint), or one or two.
